KELLY LYNCH (Harriet)
Kelly Lynch received early praise (and the first of two Independent Spirit Award nominations) as Dianne, Matt Dillon’s strung-out girlfriend in Gus Van Sant’s brilliant Drugstore Cowboy. Lynch’s range is dazzling—from the sleek villainess in the first Charlie’s Angels to Thora Birch’s doomed, schizophrenic mother in the Emmy-nominated television movie Homeless to Harvard, to Mickey Rourke’s corrupt lover in Michael Cimino’s Desperate Hours. Perhaps her most remarkable transformation was as Ivan Aycock, the gender-bending, courtly drag king in the groundbreaking hit Showtime series “The L Word.”
Lynch has worked as a leading lady opposite many of the stars of our time: Denzel Washington, John Travolta, Harvey Keitel, Russell Crowe, and Tom Cruise. She has often sought complicated roles in independent films such as Imaginary Crimes, Three of Hearts, The Slaughter Rule, and John Mayberry’s The Jacket.
Currently she can be seen on the hit CW show “90210.” Upcoming films include Gregg Araki’s Kaboom and the comedy Meet Stan Talmadge, in which she stars. Passion Play is written and directed by her husband Mitch Glazer.
